Join us for a group sound bath where I will guide you into deep relaxation using healing vibrations that soothe the mind, ease the body and restore balance to your energy. All you need to do is lie back, breathe and receive. The sound does the rest - washing away tension, quietening the mind and reconnecting you with your inner peace.
Please make sure you wear warm, comfy clothes (including socks) and bring an eye pillow if you have one.
Please also bring with you:
Yoga mat or something similar to lie on
Pillow or cushion for your head, and perhaps another for under your knees
Warm blanket (or two). Some people even like to bring a duvet.
A water bottle
Please also bring anything else you may need to feel comfortable.
I burn natural, eco-friendly incense sticks before my sound baths to help create a calming atmosphere and enhance relaxation. If, for any reason, you are against me doing this, please get in touch in advance to let me know.
