As a qualified Sound Therapist, I offer group sound baths and 1:1 sound therapy sessions to both men and women. These sessions are designed to support your mind, body and spirit.

Through my group sound baths and 1:1 sound therapy sessions, my intention is to guide you into deep relaxation using healing vibrations that soothe the mind, ease the body and restore balance to your energy.

All you need to do is lie back, breathe and receive. The sound does the rest—washing away tension, quietening the mind and reconnecting you with your inner peace.

What is Sound Therapy?

Sound therapy uses the vibration and frequency of sound to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and inner balance. Instruments such as Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls and chimes create soothing sound waves that work at a cellular level, helping your body and mind to shift out of stress and into a state of harmony.

During a group sound bath, you simply lie back, close your eyes and allow the sounds to wash over you. The experience can be deeply restorative, calming the nervous system, quietening the mind and allowing emotional release.

In a 1:1 sound therapy session, the experience is tailored to your personal needs. I work with specific sound frequencies and techniques to help you address physical tension, emotional blocks or mental overwhelm, creating a personalised space for healing and renewal.
